• Pay Range: $50/hr - $55/hr
• Job Summary: This role leads Know Your Customer and Know Your Business operations specifically for hotel and hospitality partners, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. You will oversee the onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and remediation of legal entities within this vertical, managing complex ownership structures and driving process enhancements. The position requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges and compliance needs of the hotel industry to maintain high levels of due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Guide a global team of analysts in KYC/KYB efforts for hotel partners.
• Train and support the team on hotel-specific KYC/KYB policies and procedures.
• Monitor key performance indicators to ensure team productivity and quality.
• Conduct periodic reviews of hotel partners for regulatory compliance.
• Manage and resolve complex cases involving hotel ownership structures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in KYC/KYB operations.
• Strong understanding of AML and CTF regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience in the hotel and hospitality industry, with a focus on understanding complex legal entity structures and partner onboarding, is highly preferred.
