Job description

• Key account management and business development, achieve high level customer satisfaction by commercial service and technical support.
• Focus on energy storage and transportation related business key account management and plan to develop target of new business.

Responsibilities

• ( the major end results the job is expected to achieve)
• Ensure business activities are in full compliance with Company policy, EHS standards and local regulations.
• Responsible for delivering related financial and operating targets, including sales volume, revenue and point of spending.
• Responsible for industry/market research, through this to identify business opportunities and initiate relative projects for business growth.
• Responsible for working with TS team to optimize the system solution for system business growth.
• Responsible for sales forecast accuracy, with better product mix for margin maximization.
• Responsible for global and regional key account management, responsible for customer relationships and customer satisfaction.
• Take control of DSO, debts, inventory level within budget and achieve zero bad debt.
• Bring understanding of market needs, collect and analyze competitive information, and in conjunction with Marketing function to develop market database and document market assessment.

Requirements

• (education, experience, skills and training required for the job)
• B.S. or higher degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering or Material Science.
• 10+ years working experience with technical support or technical sales in Adhesive or Coating or PU/Specialty Chemicals
• Fluent written and spoken English, good command of MS Office
• Communication and interpersonal skills
