• Reporting to the VP of Client Contract Management, this position will serve as a key resource in managing and optimizing the organization’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes using the Sirion CLM platform. This role is responsible for overseeing contract workflows, ensuring data integrity, generating advanced reports, and providing strategic support during system implementation and beyond. Acting as a subject matter expert, the Senior Analyst will collaborate with legal, procurement, and business teams to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and maximize the value of the CLM system.
• This position is responsible not only for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) for direct contract administration activities supporting the organization's client contracting function. Except as amended herein, all provisions of the Principal, Contract Management Job Description remain unchanged.
• The Principal, Contract Management role combines strategic contract operations responsibilities, including CLM administration, reporting, analytics, contract governance, and process improvement, with direct responsibility for the administration and management of moderate to highly complex client contracts. The position serves as both a subject matter expert in contract management systems and a senior contract administration resource supporting the organization's contracting activities. In lieu of the functions listed in 1 through 7, this position will support the following role and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and administration of Sirion CLM workflows and templates.
• Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting for contract KPIs, obligations, and compliance metrics.
• Oversee data migration and validation during implementation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Design and implement obligation management processes to reduce risk and ensure audit readiness. Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end-users for system adoption.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and leverage automation features.
• Identify key provisions and non-standard language that need to be catalogued and maintain contract database.
• Identify trends that can impact other areas of the Company, and present opportunities for process improvement.
• Conduct audits of current client agreements to ensure accuracy and completeness, which may also include identifying outlier language or nonstandard terms.
• Ensure adherence to Company’s policies, procedures, and guidelines as well as standards of production and quality.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, privacy regulations, and fraud, waste and abuse regulations and requirements.

• Draft, review, revise, and administer client contracts, amendments, statements of work, business associate agreements, and other customer-facing contractual documents.
• Coordinate contract development and revision activities to ensure contractual terms accurately reflect operational, business, compliance, and legal requirements.
• Manage contracts through all stages of the contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation support, execution, maintenance, amendment, renewal, and termination.
• Conduct detailed reviews of agreements to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with company standards and approved contracting practices.
• Monitor contractual obligations, renewal dates, notice requirements, performance commitments, and termination provisions.
• Identify contractual risks, inconsistencies, disputes, and non-standard provisions and escalate matters as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding contract status, contract interpretation, documentation requirements, and contracting processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Product, and other business stakeholders to facilitate timely contract execution and issue resolution.
• Support contract negotiations through preparation of agreement drafts, redline management, issue tracking, and coordination of internal approvals.
• Maintain complete and accurate contract files and supporting documentation within the approved Contract Lifecycle Management system.
• Ensure executed agreements, approvals, correspondence, and supporting records are properly organized, retained, and readily accessible.
• Support contract record audits and quality assurance reviews.
• Recommend improvements to contract administration processes, procedures, workflows, and controls.
• Participate in initiatives designed to improve contracting efficiency, standardization, compliance, and service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in contract management or CLM systems preferred
• 5+ years of professional hands-on experience with contracting and reporting in healthcare (claims, payer, provider, etc.) is preferred
• Strong analytical, reporting, and workflow design skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proven track record in risk mitigation and obligation management.
• Ability to work with both IT and business in building data solutions including cataloging terms, task creation and more relationships.
• Ability to plan and complete tasks and duties related to contract development, maintenance, and regulation.
• Ability to use software, hardware, relevant platforms and technologies related to job responsibilities.
• Ability to adapt to changes in work environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and requests at any one time.

• The salary range for this position is $80k-$90k. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
