- Our partner Bryant Staffing Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on supporting children with autism and their families through individualized treatment plans while working within a collaborative, family-centered care model.
- The organization prioritizes allowing clinicians to focus on client care by providing strong operational, administrative, and clinical support systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Oversee and guide implementation of ABA therapy programs
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Complete clinical documentation in compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with families and care teams to support treatment goals
- Provide supervision and clinical direction to behavior technicians
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in ABA therapy
- Strong understanding of evidence-based ABA practices
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) expertise
