Job description

• A respected healthcare system in western Montana is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join its acute care team. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a supportive clinical environment.
• The RN will be responsible for coordinating and delivering safe, evidence-based care to patients across the lifespan. The role requires strong clinical judgment, empathy, and the ability to work in a dynamic acute care setting while supporting patients and families throughout their healthcare journey.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an acute care environment
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver compassionate, therapeutic, and evidence-based treatment
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery
• Ensure compliance with state nursing regulations and professional practice standards
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Montana
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association upon hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 90 days of hire
• Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse experience
• Acute Care / Medical-Surgical Nursing
• Patient Assessment & Care Planning
• Clinical Documentation & Care Coordination
• National certification in a nursing specialty area
