These are separate openings supporting different areas of the business and reporting to different accounting leaders, but both offer the same opportunity to develop practical accounting expertise, contribute meaningful work, and grow your career.

Responsibilities

• As a Staff Accountant, you will help ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial information while developing experience across core accounting activities. You will:
• Review and document transactions throughout the accounting cycle
• Help ensure the accuracy of system postings and financial data
• Assist with month-end close, account analysis, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Reconcile multiple balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for the annual financial audit
• Provide accurate, timely reporting to internal business partners
• Identify opportunities to strengthen processes, controls, and ways of working
• Collaborate with colleagues across Accounting and other areas of the company

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Up to three years of accounting experience, including internships, co-ops, or relevant academic experience
• Foundational knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, financial information, and detailed data
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Interest in learning new accounting technologies and business systems
• Experience with lease accounting, enterprise financial systems, financial planning tools, reconciliation platforms, data-processing tools, or SQL is helpful, but it is not required. CPA or MBA credentials are also welcomed but are not necessary for consideration.
• This position is based in Hooksett, New Hampshire and requires onsite attendance 3 days a week.
• This is not a remote position.
• Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
