Jordan - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Responsibilities
- Oversee the agency team and daily operations.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Monitor agency workflows and help maintain operational efficiency.
- Assist with sales conversations, policy changes, and cross-selling when appropriate.
