Job description

• This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
• We are looking for a intern to join our Supply Chain Business Analysis team
• - Responsible for supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis, order fulfillment, with minimum supervision applying discretion and judgment.
• - Compiles key metrics, produces reports, and analyzes data using IT systems or AI tools for process improvement in terms of delivery metric activities.
• - Reviews current business process for regional and global business unit planning teams
• - Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement
• - Collaborates across countries within a region.
• - Typically partners with high-level Individual Contributors.
• - Supports small projects requiring quantitative and qualitative analyses

Responsibilities

• Support integration projects across ERP, WMS, and planning systems.
• Assist in AI/ML-driven initiatives like forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
• Identify and support automation opportunities in planning, procurement, and logistics.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and project outcomes.
• Participate in process mapping, documentation, and testing activities.
• Collaborate across functions to support digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Able to commit a minimum duration of 6-months on a full-time basis
• Exposure to ERP systems, APIs, or integration workflows (preferred).
