• An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse to join a medical-surgical unit focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role involves working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to support patients throughout their hospital stay, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical environment
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to support optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Adhere to established safety protocols and quality standards

Requirements

• 1.Active RN license in the state of New Mexico
• 2.Associate’s Degree in Nursing
• 3.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 1.ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• 2.PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• 3. TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• 1.Patient assessment and clinical judgment
• 2.Care coordination and teamwork
• 3.Medication administration and safety compliance
• 4.Effective communication and patient education
• At least 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience
• Minimum of 1 year of general nursing experience
