Overview

Responsibilities
- Provide ABI support as needed (Payroll)
- Coordinate scheduling for IT staff
- Assist with payroll tracking and related administrative tasks
- Support event day check-in processes
- Assist with management of POS backend system changes
- Assistance with Menu Board systems and graphic design requests
- Manage I.T. calls for service
- Manage event logs for service
- Provide general administrative support for the Information Technology team
- Assist with additional operational needs as assigned
- Must be available to work nights and weekends
- Schedule will align with event calendar and operational needs
- Hours will vary based on business demands
Requirements
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and support multiple team members
- Previous administrative or operations support experience preferred
