Responsibilities

• Drive accuracy and quality by expertly managing claims processing while consistently meeting high performance standards
• Make an impact on operational efficiency by achieving key productivity metrics like release rate, claims per hour, and handle time
• Deliver exceptional service by ensuring member transactions are processed seamlessly and with precision
• Act as a problem-solver by initiating research and creating tickets to resolve complex or unclear cases
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships by collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve workflows

Requirements

• Abilities: Strong attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, effective communication, time management, and the ability to prioritize and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in operations, ideally within claims processing or a similar environment
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• Location: Bangalore, India
