Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound internet leads (sales and service) via phone, email, and chat
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with customers
- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments, recalls, and general inquiries
- Follow up with unsold customers and missed appointments (no-shows)
- Provide accurate information and route customers to the right department
- Track all activity in CRM and hit daily/weekly performance goals
- Build strong relationships with sales, service, and management teams
Requirements
- Customer service, BDC, or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, text)
- Comfortable handling high call volume
- Tech-savvy with strong computer skills
- Organized, driven, and team-oriented
