Air Freight Operations Coordinator - Import at Toll Group in US GA Atlanta 5192 Southridge Parkway

Responsibilities

• Assist with booking air shipments and preparing documentation such as air waybills and customs forms.
• Enter shipment details into internal systems and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor shipment status and update stakeholders as directed by senior staff.
• Coordinate basic cargo pick-up and delivery arrangements under supervision.
• Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and transport providers for routine operational needs.
• Respond to standard customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior coordinators or managers.
• Support invoicing and administrative tasks related to air freight jobs.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and assist with regulatory requirements under guidance.

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in air freight or logistics operations (entry-level candidates with relevant training may be considered).
• Basic understanding of customs and aviation regulations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; exposure to freight systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to learn and take on varied operational tasks.
• You must be entitled to work in United States of America and be prepared to undertake pre-employment checks including a criminal history check and medical.

• Expected base pay range (NY, CA, IL): $24.52/hour- $32.69/hour, plus bonus
