- Are you an organized, detail-oriented logistics professional who enjoys coordinating shipments, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly? Big Bolt LLC is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support our fast-paced manufacturing operation.

In this role, you will help ensure that materials and shipments move efficiently while supporting our Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, Production, and Sales teams.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to help ensure accurate, on-time deliveries
- Serve as the primary internal expeditor between Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, Production, and Sales
- Prepare, review, and maintain Bills of Lading and other shipping documentation
- Investigate and resolve UPS claims, delivery concerns, and freight-related issues
- Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records in NetSuite ERP
- Assist with month-end inventory and shipping activities, including inventory adjustments
- Identify and resolve logistics issues that could affect production or customer orders
- Help improve shipping processes and overall operational efficiency
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Experience preparing and reviewing Bills of Lading
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a high-volume manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-first mindset
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
- NetSuite ERP experience
