• Incubator Lab is looking for a talented Customer Support HR to join our thriving team!
• The HR Support / Coordinator will provide critical operational support across HR functions, payroll, and workforce management to maintain seamless team operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations, HRIS management, and timekeeping processes
• Assist with payroll processing and schedule adherence tracking
• Maintain compliance with HR best practices and employment law standards
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive personnel data and company information
• Collaborate with internal teams to handle employee inquiries and operational support

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in an HR support, HR coordinator, or HR generalist role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll systems
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and basic employment law
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion
• Experience supporting a customer service or call center environment
• Familiarity with workforce management (WFM) tools and schedule adherence tracking
• Experience directly assisting with payroll processing
• Active PHR/SHRM-CP certification (or currently in progress)
