You'll guide them through the repair process, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and top-tier customer care. From greeting vehicle owners to coordinating technician schedules and explaining service recommendations, you’ll be a knowledgeable and trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the service lane to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Own the customer experience by going the extra mile to create a lasting, positive impression.
• Provide concierge-level support for customer inquiries, whether in-person or over the phone.
• Communicate repairs, costs, and timelines clearly and professionally.

Requirements

• At least one year as an automotive Service Advisor in the last 5 years.
• Strong communication and time management skills, customer-focused personality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check & drug screening
