• Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager to join our Affluent-Service - Non Branch Banking team. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with affluent customers, offering tailored financial solutions and exceptional service.
• As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of affluent customers, offering them a personalized banking experience. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, providing expert advice and guidance on a range of financial products and services. Your role will involve understanding your clients' unique needs and goals, and tailoring our bank's offerings to meet those requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with affluent customers to understand their financial needs and goals.
• Offer personalized financial solutions and advice to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Proactively identify and address client needs, providing timely and accurate information on products and services.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and banking solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proven track record of successful relationship management and client retention.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant banking software.
