- • Update inventory records in WMS/ERP systems.
- Team Coordination
- • Coordinate with warehouse associates, operators, and supervisors for smooth operations.
- • Support manpower planning and shift execution.
- • Train warehouse staff on SOPs, safety procedures, and operational processes.
- Customer & SLA Management
- • Ensure adherence to customer SLAs and operational KPIs.
- • Handle operational escalations and support issue resolution.

- • Follow warehouse SOPs, quality standards, and EHS guidelines.
