Responsibilities

• Make a direct impact on member satisfaction by accurately processing claims and transactions while maintaining industry-leading quality standards.
• Drive operational excellence by meeting key performance indicators, including Release Rate, Claims per Hour, and Handle Time metrics.
• Serve as a trusted resource for colleagues by providing timely answers to representative questions and supporting seamless day-to-day operations.
• Partner across internal teams to resolve issues efficiently, strengthen collaboration, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Help shape the success of emerging talent by mentoring nesting agents, conducting refresher training sessions, facilitating roundtable discussions, and providing real-time guidance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through special projects, process enhancements, and operational initiatives that support business goals.

Requirements

• Abilities: Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment, analyze and resolve operational issues, and effectively support and develop teammates.
• Experience: 5-6 years of operations experience, preferably within claims operations. Experience assisting with escalations, coaching or supporting team members, and working with performance metrics is strongly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook is required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
