Job description
- We are looking for a GenAI Architect with strong finance domain expertise to lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions for financial systems and data workflows. This role requires deep expertise in Generative AI, Python development and scalable system architecture, along with the ability to work cross-functionally with finance and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead development of GenAI solutions for finance-related use cases (reporting, automation, document intelligence, analytics)
- Design and implement LLM-based applications using Python
- Define system architecture including data pipelines, APIs and model integrations
- Work with financial datasets (structured and unstructured)
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions
- Ensure scalability, reliability and security of AI systems
- Provide technical leadership, design reviews and mentorship
Requirements
- Strong experience in Python development (5-10 years)
- Hands-on experience in AI / ML / GenAI (2-5 years, applied in real projects)
- Experience designing and implementing LLM-based solutions
- Proven experience in system architecture and technical leadership
- Strong understanding of data pipelines and model integration
- Experience in Finance domain (banking, fintech, accounting, financial analytics, or enterprise finance systems)
- Understanding of financial data, reporting, or compliance workflows
- Artificial Intelligence / GenAI (2-5 years)
