Responsibilities
- · Support the production line by identifying and addressing ICT fixture problems.
- · Maintain and optimize ICT test programs on a regular basis.
- · Analyze production defects and troubleshoot various ICT test failures.
- · Support new product introduction (NPI) and related project handover.
- · Monitor the running status of CM ICT test fixtures.
- · Track test yield rate and production capacity of ICT testing.
Requirements
- · Major in Electronics and Information or related fields.
- · 3+ years of experience in Teradyne ICT programming and fixture debugging.
- · Basic understanding of TRI ICT machines and software.
- · Knowledge of analog and digital circuits with circuit analysis capability.
- · Skilled in using multimeters for anomaly analysis.
- · Experience in PCBA power-on testing and Boundary Scan testing processes.
- · Good teamwork and communication skills, self-driven and motivated.
- · Proactive and self-motivated in daily work.
- · Able to independently solve ICT and fixture problems.
- · Proficient with Teradyne and TRI ICT systems.
- · Able to optimize test programs for higher yield and efficiency.
- · Experienced in NPI ICT support and familiar with quality standards.
