- PIRTEK, the nation’s leading provider for on-site hydraulic and industrial hose replacement is hiring for the position of Operations Manager for its new PIRTEK South Hills location. PIRTEK South Hills services the area south of the city of Pittsburgh roughly from the Monongahela river to Baldwin and as far west as Robinson Township.
- A PIRTEK Operations Manager oversees, supports, and dispatches a team of Mobile Sales and Service Technicians when and where they are needed, ensuring customers get the high level of service delivered by PIRTEK.
- The Operations Manager is responsible for the daily service operations for the location. Playing a pivotal role in customer service and problem-solving, the Operations Manager ensures customers receive the highest quality of service to get their equipment back up and running.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support Mobile Sales & Service Technicians
- Oversee materials and inventory management
- Create, manage, and deploy safety programs
- Ensure customers receive the highest quality of service
Requirements
- Experience in a Supervisory or Management Role
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong Computer Skills
- Mechanically Inclined
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Positive, self-motivated attitude and drive
- Desire to work independently and shape a growing business
