Requirements
- 3+ years of Automotive Sales Management experience.
- The ability to lead a team of experienced Sales Professionals and conduct training.
- Excellent communication skills & attention to detail.
- Conflict management skills
- Premier Customer Service
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
