We're a growing PIRTEK franchise in Las Vegas — mobile-only, fast-moving, and looking for a hunter who wants to own a territory from day one. You'll work directly with the owner, no corporate layers, no hand-holding. If you're good at opening doors and building relationships, this territory is yours to build across industrial, construction, and commercial accounts in the Las Vegas market.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new B2B accounts daily across your assigned territory
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
• Conduct in-person visits to industrial, construction, and commercial sites
• Respond quickly to inbound leads and convert them into active accounts
• Identify customer needs on-site and recommend the right hose replacement solutions
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and account progress and report directly to the owner
• Represent PIRTEK professionally in the field, reinforcing the brand's reputation for speed and reliability
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred 2+ years of B2B, industrial, or construction field sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, build a pipeline, and close new business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter — comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to make quick, confident decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
