• Our Business Performance Improvement solution is seeking a Senior Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• As a Senior Manager, you’ll partner with our clients to identify and manage finance transformation opportunities. You'll develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and enabling the latest technologies including AI and Machine Learning. You’ll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality delivery. You’ll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

Requirements

• You enjoy identifying opportunities to improve process efficiencies and support more strategic and profitable client business decisions
• You have experience in designing and implementing new business processes and leading EPM technologies.
• You have hands-on experience working in FP&A, understanding key business drivers that impact business performance and working closely with business leaders and executives, helping them analyze business results, evaluate alternatives and plan corrective actions.

• Successfully pursuing business development opportunities and identifying and implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting/Finance); Graduate degree preferred
• 7+ years relevant prior FP&A and/or Corporate Finance experience; prior consulting experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on OneStream, Adaptive, Anaplan, SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), and/or Oracle EPM/BPCS

• Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
• $139,000.00 - $224,000.00
• Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.
