- Then, don't miss your chance to join our growing Franchise as a new Water & Fire Project Manager. In this position, you will be making a difference in people's lives each and every day. Helping our customers through the challenging process of water and fire damage cleanup is what a Project Manager does from start to finish. Responsibilities
- Provide priority response to potential customers
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
- Educate customers on the remediation process
- Obtain site photos, create an accurate sketch of all affected areas, and create an initial scope of work for all projects
- Analyze labor, equipment, and time requirements for each project
- Recognize project constraints
- Deliver a consistent and well-defined estimate using scoping platform
- Conduct site visits as needed throughout project life cycle
Requirements
- High School Diploma required, associate or bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales or Project Management
- Superb customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Proficient use of computers and technology
- Proficient math skills
- Must have good driving record with valid driver's license
