Job description
- Currently located in Titchfield, Hampshire, Eaton's Aerospace business stands as a global leader in aerospace fuel systems.
- Our site is undergoing a significant and exciting transformation as we relocate to a newly constructed facility in Daedalus. This state-of-the-art site will serve as the Centre of Excellence for aerospace manufacturing across Europe, marking a new era of innovation and excellence.
- We pride ourselves as a premier supplier of fully integrated fuel systems for fixed and rotary-wing aircraft. We boast extensive fuel and air system test facilities, facilitating comprehensive testing across a range of conditions with various fuel types
Responsibilities
- • Management of Quality Reviews – Monthly
- • Compilation and presentation of KPIs for Key business functions required supporting Management reviews.
- • Raise, monitor, and verify CAPA/8D, working with relevant stake holders to drive robust RCCA.
- • Compilation and maintenance of company documentation
- • Maintenance of training material and deployment of training
- • Drive a strong quality culture throughout the business with cross functional involvement, promoting “I Own Quality” initiative in all areas.
- • Undertake and complete internal audits as per the audit schedule.
- • Maintenance and progression of company approvals: AS EN 9100, UK CAA Part 21 & 145
- • Development of the Business system as defined by the business requirements.
- • Liaison and preparation of external stakeholders, visits, preparation of visits and audit reports
- • Aerospace knowledge of AS/EN9100 and CAA Part 21 & 145 would be advantageous.
- • Strong practical experience with Microsoft apps such as word and excel
- • Knowledge of Power BI would be advantageous.
Requirements
- • Aerospace Engineering and Aerospace Regulatory Knowledge (EASA/AS9100)
- • Experience in a similar role advantageous
- • Experience of participating in PFMEA / 8D
- • Sound practical experience with Excel, Word, Access etc – ability to quickly pick up business software use
- • Proven experience of ability to communicate (verbally and in writing
- • HNC/Degree qualified preferred, experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of education
- • Excellent IT skills
- • Audit trained (preferably Lead Auditor level)
