Responsibilities

- Define end-to-end architecture
- Provide best practice recommendations
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and implementation partners
Requirements
- Minimum 5 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
- Oracle Cloud Core Human Resources (Core HR)
- Oracle Cloud Talent Acquisition
- Oracle Cloud Payroll
- Oracle Cloud Time and Labor
- Deep cross-functional expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Ability to lead solution design workshops, define end-to-end architecture, and provide best practice recommendations.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience collaborating with business users, technical teams, and implementation partners.
