• As a Contract Administrator - Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the operational aspects of our legal team within our Internal Firm Services practice. Your focus will be on streamlining processes, implementing technology solutions, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will oversee vendor relationships and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and improve overall legal department performance.

Requirements

• - At least a Graduate or the post graduate degree
• - At least 1 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required
• - Demonstrating AI fluency and AI-human collaboration
• - Utilizing Onit Legal Software and Solutions
• - Engaging in intellectual property portfolio management
• - Applying legal technology and litigation support skills
• - Excelling in change management and process improvement
• - Conducting research analysis and data analytics
