Job description

• The Analyst, Digital Analytics position is responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, recurring reports, scorecards, alerts, and ad hoc analyses supporting Customer Experience Analytics. The role partners with business and technology stakeholders to measure performance, monitor digital products, track KPIs and OKRs, identify opportunities to improve customer experience, analyze customer behavior, and deliver actionable insights. The position utilizes tools such as Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, Azure, ADX, Databricks, SQL, Power BI, and related analytics platforms to support data-driven decision making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining dashboards, recurring reports, scorecards, alerts, and ad hoc analyses supporting Customer Experience Analytics.
• Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to measure performance, monitor digital products, track KPIs and OKRs, identify opportunities to improve customer experience, analyze customer behavior, and deliver actionable insights.
• Utilizing tools such as Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, Azure, ADX, Databricks, SQL, Power BI, and related analytics platforms to support data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• SQL, PowerBI/Tableau and Digital Analytics (Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics) skills
• 4+yrs experience, Driven and self-motivated. Does not shy away from hard problems. Passionate about data. Good communicator at all levels.
