- The Business Development Representative exists for one purpose: to generate profitable new business for PIRTEK Lubbock. This is a true hunter role focused on opening new accounts, creating qualified opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term customers. This is not an account management, customer service, dispatch, or administrative position.
- Generate profitable new business by identifying prospective customers, building relationships with decision-makers, earning first service opportunities, and converting those opportunities into long-term customer relationships.
- This is a pure business development role responsible for opening new doors, earning first opportunities, and generating profitable new business for PIRTEK Lubbock and it’s expansive territory.
Responsibilities
- · Prospect through cold calls, in-person visits, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
- · Meet decision-makers across the assigned territory.
- · Schedule and conduct appointments.
- · Promote the PIRTEK Lubbock Service Standard.
- · Generate quote opportunities and secure first service calls.
- · Document all prospecting activity in the CRM daily.
- · Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- · Coordinate smooth handoff to service and operations.
