• Overview
• Northwest Respiratory Services is seeking a Regional Operations Manager. Northwest Respiratory services is the leading provider of oxygen and respiratory products through the Midwest and Northern Rockies. We specialize in serving the long-term care community and oxygen dependent veterans. As the Regional Operations Manager you will maintain and continue to build our strong reputation of customer service in the industry.
• This position will lead the effort to maintain and cultivate our operational partnerships, including the VA and long-term care facilities. As the leader of your region, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, and you will coach to improve your team members’ skills to strengthen their face-to-face customer/patient engagements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the Branch Manager and provides support to assigned branch offices. Branch Operation Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm. Monitoring on call. (During off hours). This position requires travel between branch locations 50% of the time.
• Oversee and assist assigned branches with staffing needs and issues; assist Branch Manager with disciplinary actions, hiring, termination and payroll of employees
• Monthly analysis of operational data and delivery patterns to ensure branches are operating efficiently; provide monthly reports to assigned branches and VP of Operations.
• Assist VP of Operations and Branch Manager with vehicle maintenance and vehicle replacement for assigned branches. (As well as delivering equipment when needed)
• Maintaining service compliance at all assigned branches and regulatory agencies (i.e. FDA, Board of Pharmacy, DOT, etc.)

Requirements

• Current state issued driver’s license.
• Preferred: Class C CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements. NRS can help obtain these if necessary.
• Management/Supervisor experience is a plus
