• As an HR Business Partner, you'll partner with technical and commercial leaders to navigate complex people challenges, design and deliver meaningful people initiatives, and champion a high-performance, inclusive culture that reflects who we are and where we're going.

Requirements

• Experienced HRBP: partnering with technical or commercial leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment such as technology, professional services, FMCG or retail, with the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, multi-geography organisation
• Trusted coach and advisor: Strong coaching and influencing skills with a practical, straight-talking approach and the ability to co-create solutions with leaders at all levels
• ER and compliance knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of Australian employment legislation and its practical application, including experience managing complex investigations and ER matters
• Insight-driven: Comfortable using people data and workforce analytics to surface trends, track initiative impact and inform planning decisions
• Curious and adaptable: An openness to new ways of working, including how AI and technology are reshaping HR practices, and a genuine appetite to keep evolving your approach
