Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Before becoming an agent, I worked for a State Farm agent, which gave me firsthand experience and helped shape the culture I wanted to build in my own office. I’m a graduate of Binghamton University, married with two kids, and spend much of my free time coaching football, baseball, and basketball. Being involved with youth sports and staying connected to families in the community is something I truly enjoy.
