- Our Futures Program is designed for students who want to gain real-world experience while making a meaningful impact. During this 10-week summer experience, participants work on hands-on projects, build connections with leaders and associates across Netsmart, and take part in professional development, networking, and social events. As a Future, you'll gain valuable skills, explore healthcare technology, and experience a culture built on collaboration, innovation, and purpose, all while contributing to work that truly matters. If you aren't local to the Kansas City Metro, we will have housing options for you available (certain criteria will have to be met to qualify for housing).
