• Cece’s Roland Park is seeking a polished, relationship-driven sales professional to grow private dining and event business at one of Baltimore’s most celebrated restaurants.
• Located within The Village of Cross Keys, Cece’s combines beautiful interiors, an open-air courtyard and a continental European menu with coastal influences, house-made pastas, thoughtfully curated cocktails and an exceptional wine program.
• Recognized with a 2026 Wine Spectator Award of Excellence and multiple Best of Baltimore honors, Cece’s offers private experiences ranging from intimate dinners in the Monument Room to milestone celebrations, corporate gatherings, cocktail receptions and full restaurant buyouts.
• The Private Dining & Events Sales Manager will respond to inquiries, develop new business and guide clients from their first conversation through a beautifully executed event. This is an ideal role for someone who brings together sales ability, genuine hospitality and an appreciation for the details that make an occasion feel special.

Responsibilities

• Manage private dining and event inquiries from initial contact through signed contract.
• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals and relationships with local companies, planners and community partners.
• Conduct personalized site tours and help clients envision their event at Cece’s.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, event packages and BEOs.
• Achieve individual private-event revenue goals while developing repeat and referral business.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and client activity in Tripleseat.
• Collaborate with the culinary, beverage and operations teams on menus, room layouts, timelines and event details.
• Coordinate rentals, florals, audiovisual needs and outside vendors when required.
• Identify thoughtful opportunities to enhance the guest experience and increase event value.
• Provide an on-site sales presence for select events and follow up with clients afterward.
• Help promote seasonal event opportunities, private dining experiences and restaurant buyouts.

Requirements

• Two or more years of private-dining, catering, restaurant, hospitality or event-sales experience.
• A demonstrated ability to build relationships and close business.
• A polished, warm and professional communication style.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience preparing proposals, contracts and BEOs.
• Familiarity with Tripleseat or a comparable event-sales platform is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Baltimore market and existing local relationships are a plus.
• An interest in food, wine, cocktails and elevated restaurant hospitality.
• The ability to collaborate closely with chefs, restaurant leaders, service teams and vendors.
• A college degree is welcome but not required. Relevant sales ability and hospitality experience matter most.
