• College Graduate – Rotational Engineering Program (REP) - start date July 2027 in Oxnard, California
• Mercury Systems is seeking a recent college graduate to join our Rotational Engineering Program, a dynamic opportunity to develop cutting–edge technology that supports the American Warfighter. Responsibilities

• Provide RF and Microwave engineering support for existing products while working closely with senior engineers.
• Test and evaluate RF components and modules to ensure performance meets design specifications
• Generate and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) for RF products and assemblies
• Design and support the development of test fixtures for RF characterization
• Contribute innovative ideas and state of the art thinking to improve business performance
• Participate in programs, projects, and initiatives aligned with Mercury's culture and strategy
• Support the creation and maintenance of technical design documentation.
• Stay informed on industry trends and ensure Mercury's best practices are met or exceeded
• Rotate through multiple technical disciplines to broaden skills and experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering with a focus on RF and Microwave Design obtained between May 2026 and June 2027
• A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the application process
• Prior Co-Op or internship experience
• Solid understanding of RF circuit fundamentals, Microwave Amplifier design techniques, and Transmission lines.
• Experience with RF simulation tools such as AWR, ADS, HFSS, or equivalent circuit/EM simulation software.
• Experience presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
• Demonstrated initiative through academic projects, internships, or process improvements
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or engineering concepts
• Experience with CAD tools for circuit design and layout
• Capable of independently conducting RF measurements using Vector Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and other lab instrumentation

• • $56,700.00 - $113,400.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in FL, GA, IN, AZ, AL, MD or TX, and all remote employees
• • $63,500.00 - $127,000.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in VA, CA, NH or MA
• • $66,900.00 - $133,800.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in NJ
