• The Call Centre Senior Associate at NTT DATA is an entry-level outbound sales role focused on engaging Canada-based customers and promoting telecom products and services. Responsibilities include making high-volume outbound calls, understanding customer needs, recommending tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, a sales mindset, active listening, and customer empathy. The position is based in India, with a US–Canada shift schedule and full-time work from the office. A clear English accent and basic CRM handling skills are essential.

Responsibilities
