• Job Title: Resiliency Practitioner & Enterprise Response Management Analytics
• Location: Remote
• Duration: 12 months Possible extension

Responsibilities

• Support real-time triage/escalation during disruptive incidents
• Build and maintain response/resiliency metrics and reporting for leadership/governance audiences
• Coordinate with LOBs, IT, and other stakeholder groups on plan development, testing, and execution
• Produce documentation for formal attestation and second line (2LOD) review
• Gather and synthesize all-hazards threat intelligence to support risk prioritization

Requirements

• 3 years of hands-on BIA and risk assessment execution (not just plan maintenance)
• Experience producing documentation for formal attestation and second line (2LOD) review, with discipline to self-QA before submission
• Working knowledge of an enterprise GRC tool (Archer preferred)
• Ability to document dependencies, recovery strategies, and impact tolerances
• Experience coordinating with LOBs, IT, and other stakeholder groups on plan development, testing, and execution
• Financial services or other regulated-industry background
• Strong documentation/technical writing skills for playbooks and recovery scripts
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and support real-time triage/escalation during disruptive incidents
• Experience with situational awareness/crisis monitoring tools for all-hazards event tracking (e.g., Everbridge, Dataminr, AlertMedia, or equivalent GSOC-fed monitoring)
• Experience gathering and synthesizing all-hazards threat intelligence (severe weather, civil unrest, geopolitical, health/pandemic, physical security) to support risk prioritization
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining response/resiliency metrics and reporting (incident trends, recovery time performance, testing outcomes) for leadership/governance audiences
• Comfort with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) to support metrics reporting
• Predictive/statistical modeling experience (Python, R, forecasting) preferred
• BCM certification (CBCP, MBCI, or CBCI) – strongly preferred
• Financial services or other regulated-industry background. Knowledge of FFIEC and FINRA business continuity requirements
• Experience working as a business continuity / resiliency consultant preferred
