Job description

• We are seeking a strategic, highly data-driven Director of Growth Marketing & Sales Enablement to serve as a key leader for our Ads business. This individual will own growth marketing strategy and execution while leading the ads insights, measurement, and analytics function. The role is responsible for translating complex advertising performance data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth with advertisers and improve campaign effectiveness.
• You will work closely with sales, product, engineering, and the Head of Global Advertising to scale our advertising platform, strengthen advertiser relationships, and build best-in-class enablement programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the growth marketing teams and the ads insights, measurement & analytics organization.
• Define and execute growth marketing strategies that increase advertiser acquisition, retention, and expansion.
• Own the end-to-end insights and measurement agenda: develop frameworks, dashboards, and analyses that surface performance drivers and opportunities across campaigns and advertisers.
• Turn advertising data and insights into prioritized, actionable recommendations that sales and account teams can use to increase revenue and campaign ROI.
• Build and scale sales enablement programs, including playbooks, training, competitive intelligence, case studies, and tools that equip the commercial organization to sell more effectively.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities based on advertiser needs, performance gaps, and measurement requirements.
• Establish rigorous KPIs and reporting cadences for marketing effectiveness, advertiser health, and revenue impact.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on go-to-market motions, packaging, positioning, and value propositions for the Ads business.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing talent in marketing, analytics, and enablement.
• Represent SpaceXAI externally with key advertisers, agencies, and industry partners as needed.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing, digital advertising, measurement/analytics, or sales enablement, with significant time spent in advertising or social media platforms.
• Proven leadership experience managing marketing and/or analytics teams in a high-growth environment.
• Deep expertise in advertising measurement, attribution, experimentation, and performance analytics; demonstrated ability to convert insights into revenue-driving actions.
• Strong track record at prominent advertising platforms, social media companies, or ad-tech organizations (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, LinkedIn, Amazon Ads, or equivalent).
• Exceptional data fluency and comfort working with large-scale datasets, BI tools, and statistical concepts.
• Experience building sales enablement programs that demonstrably improve win rates, deal size, or advertiser retention.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a results-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or quantitative field) preferred.
• Prior experience in a Director-level or equivalent role supporting a significant advertising revenue business.
• Familiarity with privacy-centric measurement, multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, or advanced experimentation platforms.
• Experience operating in New York or other major advertising hubs with strong agency and brand relationships.
