- IS&T Finance is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support project work and partner closely with Finance, business partners, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong corporate finance experience, particularly in CapEx, OpEx, P&L, Balance Sheet, capitalization, and depreciation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and classify Capital Expenditures (CapEx) and Operating Expenditures (OpEx) to support P&L optimization.
- Lead and execute capitalization and depreciation of assets across multiple business units.
- Partner with Finance and business teams to ensure appropriate accounting treatment of assets and expenditures.
- Develop training materials and provide education to business partners on capitalization and depreciation processes.
- Build strong relationships with Finance teams, business partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Present financial analysis, issues, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Proactively identify problems and provide practical recommendations.
- Work effectively with incomplete information and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain strong organization, attention to detail, and accuracy in financial analysis.
- Use advanced Excel for financial analysis, reporting, modeling, and data management.
- Utilize Tableau for reporting and visualization, if applicable.
