Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide compassionate support during urgent and emotionally challenging situations.
- Manage a high volume of phone calls, walk-ins, and emergency scheduling while remaining calm and organized.
- Communicate clearly and professionally between clients and the medical team to support a seamless experience.
- Assist with patient intake, medical records, billing, and other administrative responsibilities.
- Help maintain efficient hospital operations during busy emergency caseloads.
- Collaborate with a high-performing emergency and specialty team, including board-certified specialists.
- Make a meaningful difference for pets and their families by delivering attentive, empathetic service.
- Continue building your skills in a fast-paced, supportive, and team-oriented environment.
