• Pay Range: C$60 to C$70
• The IT Project Management team is dedicated to managing IT transformation projects across various business lines. Team members possess strong functional and business knowledge, along with a comprehensive understanding of Banking, Payments, and Cash Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead assigned projects to completion with delivery of agreed objectives
• Ensure that all projects follow Group Policies and Procedures, including proper Project Governance & Software Development Lifecycle
• Identify and obtain buy-in from the Primary Project Stakeholders and Sponsors
• Leverage expertise and problem-solving skills to propose solutions during each phase of the project
• Drive the delivery effort by maintaining project lists, organizing follow-up meetings, creating and distributing meeting minutes
• Ensure clear communication of goals, budget, risks, efforts involved, & project status
• Work closely with all functions - Front office, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Risk, etc., to ensure successful delivery of project objectives
• Manage situations of conflict and constraints to ensure the success of the project
• Provide project plans, status reports, track issues and risks, budget/actuals tracking, testing coordination, implementation plan preparation, and oversight

Requirements

• 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager
• Experience in Cash Management, SWIFT payments, & Banking
• Consulting experience
• Expertise in functional & operational knowledge of Global Banking activities
• Deep knowledge of & experience executing all project management concepts
• Project planning, documentation experience, & stakeholder management
• Excellent level of knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Proficiency in English & French
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a focus on IT, Business Administration, or other relevant fields of study
• 10 years of relevant industry experience in Banking
