Job description

• We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced Recruiters and Talent Acquisition professionals with strong expertise in sourcing, candidate assessment, resume screening, interviewing, job-market analysis, stakeholder communication, and consultative candidate engagement to contribute to an advanced AI training and talent-evaluation project.
• Selected professionals will apply real-world recruiting expertise to sourcing strategy, candidate evaluation, structured interviewing, labour-market analysis, and talent engagement tasks supporting next-generation AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Candidate Evaluation
• Develop sourcing strategies across diverse and specialised talent pools
• Build targeted pipelines using multiple recruiting channels
• Review resumes against defined role requirements and assess candidate fit
• Identify strengths, gaps, and alignment risks using consistent evaluation criteria
• Adapt sourcing and screening approaches based on role and market conditions
• Interviewing, Engagement & Stakeholder Support
• Support structured interviews and evaluate responses against defined criteria
• Develop role-relevant interview questions and selection frameworks
• Engage candidates through clear, consultative communication
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate hiring needs into practical sourcing and evaluation criteria
• Recommend adjustments when candidate requirements and market availability are misaligned
• Market Research & Recruiting Insights
• Analyse talent availability, labour-market conditions, and hiring trends
• Assess candidate supply across industries, functions, and geographies
• Document sourcing, screening, and market findings clearly
• Identify recurring patterns across candidate pools
• Translate recruiting data into actionable hiring and talent recommendations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, sourcing, or candidate assessment
• Strong expertise in advanced candidate sourcing and pipeline development
• Demonstrated experience screening resumes and evaluating candidate fit
• Practical structured-interviewing experience
• Strong understanding of job markets and talent trends
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Consultative and sales-oriented approach to candidate engagement
• Strong analytical judgement and ability to translate market information into recruiting insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage remote deliverables independently
• Prior exposure to AI-driven or data-intensive environments is advantageous but not required
