• You are applying to walk into someone's home, figure out their problem and solve it. Custom. Permanent. Built around them.
• This role is for people who take ownership of their own outcomes. Not the concept of ownership. The practice of it. When a sale closes, understanding exactly why. When it doesn't, finding the specific moment where the process broke down and fixing it. Not explaining it away. Not blaming the lead. Finding it and fixing it.
• You will be trained. The training is thorough. But it does not work for you in your absence. Two people can receive the same training, the same leads, the same support, and produce completely different results. The difference is always whether the person lived the process or memorized it. The designer who succeeds here takes ownership of their own learning, gets genuinely comfortable with every resource available, and never stops working to get better.
• If you are motivated by money and willing to earn it, you will find real income here. If you are looking for a comfortable base and a predictable schedule, this is not that.

Responsibilities

• Drive to homes across Houston to meet with homeowners. You ask questions. You listen. You solve their problem on the spot using our CAD software, handle objections and close the sale. Then you manage the project through final sign off.
• The process is the same every time. No two homeowners are the same. That is what makes this hard and what makes it worth doing.

Requirements

• Sales experience or aptitude. Industry experience is not required. Reliable transportation across the Houston metro. Willingness to learn software we will teach you. A phone you answer and a calendar you keep. A Windows laptop.
