- Gresham Subaru has experienced the largest market‑share growth in the past year and continues to grow every day. To support that momentum, we’re looking to add a Service Advisor to our Service Department.
- In this role, you’ll be a key link between our service technicians and our guests—guiding customers through the service and repair process, communicating clearly, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone with prior automotive service advising experience who is ready to build a long‑term career with a fast‑growing, respected dealership.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast
- Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
- Ensure the customer has a positive dealership experience
Requirements
- 1-3 years of automotive service advising experience
- Dealership experience
- A strong work ethic and good work history
- Communication Skills
- Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be 18 years or older & have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license, be able to pass a criminal background check, and pass a pre-employment drug test.
