Job description
- Application
- Highbeam is building the future of business banking and cash management.
- Our platform combines AI agents, automated financial workflows, and integrated financial products that save brands time and money.
- Customers have generated billions in sales and include well-known brands such as Cuts, Tushy, Rocco, Sabah, Still Here, Alice Mushrooms, Original Grain, birddogs, and more.
- Our team includes alumni of Shopify, Square, Toast, Rippling, and McKinsey.
- We’ve raised $42M in equity from Acrew, FirstMark, Mayfield, and Two Sigma Ventures.
- About this role
- We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own Global Banking & Stablecoins at Highbeam. You'll build the products that let US and international businesses receive, hold, and pay in multiple currencies including stablecoins. A new generation of banking infrastructure make this possible for the first time; your job is to turn that infrastructure into a product commerce brands trust with their money. This is 0→1, and the bar is live customers moving real volume.
- This role is based in our NoHo, NYC office.
- Net impact
- Highbeam becomes the operating account for multi-geo commerce businesses, not just US ones
- International businesses onboard to Highbeam and hold their primary USD balances with us
- Cross-border supplier payments settle in hours instead of days
- New revenue lines from global accounts, FX, and cross-border money movement
Responsibilities
- Own the global accounts product surface: multi-currency wallets and stablecoins, on/off-ramps, and cross-border payouts
- Decide how stablecoins show up in the experience: abstract the rails for customers who just want dollars, expose them for customers who want them
- Ship cross-border supplier payments that beat SWIFT on speed, cost, and supplier experience, and turn faster settlement into better payment terms for our customers
- Define flow of funds and product constructs by entity type and corridor, working with compliance and legal on KYB, onboarding, yield eligibility, and account protections
- Drive adoption and monetization, not just launches: international deposits, FX and cross-border payment revenue, and card and payments volume from global customers
- Run continuous customer insight loops with brands, suppliers, and international sellers, and translate them into product decisions
- Contribute to product narrative and positioning for Highbeam's global expansion
- Once global accounts are built out, this role expands to own Highbeam's broader fintech offerings
Requirements
- 4-6 years PM experience; early-stage operator (PM #1–5 at Series A–C)
- Has shipped cross-border payments, multi-currency accounts, or stablecoin products as the core experience
- Fluent in money movement: ACH, wires, SWIFT, RTP, local rails, FX, stablecoin on/off-ramps, and flow-of-funds design
- Has worked hands-on with sponsor banks, BaaS providers, or payments partners, including diligence, commercial tradeoffs, and integration
- Working knowledge of KYB/KYC, AML, money transmission, and the evolving US stablecoin regulatory landscape
- Strong product builder: writes specs, QA's builds, ships end-to-end
- Comfortable with AI tools for iteration and product validation
- Bonus: experience serving international sellers, marketplaces, or ecommerce brands
- Bonus: engineering background
