Responsibilities

• Advise customers about necessary services and routine maintenance
• Obtain vehicle information, give customer accurate written cost of maintenance/repairs
• Open and close repair tickets · Schedule maintenance appointments
• Communicate with customer to let them know when work is complete
• Review repair orders to ensure accuracy
• Communicate with Service Technicians

Requirements

• Experience required
• Positive attitude and works well in a team environment
• Sales and/or Customer service Experience
• Knowledge of Powersports mechanical operation
• Good multitasking and organizational skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• High school diploma or equivalent
