• As a Night Auditor, you support the front desk during overnight hours and complete daily financial audit procedures. You will assist guests, ensure safety and security, and produce accurate reports that support the hotel’s operations.

Responsibilities

• • Complete nightly audit processes and balance daily revenue
• • Run reports and ensure financial information is accurate and organized
• • Assist guests with check ins, check outs, and service requests
• • Monitor hotel safety and security during overnight hours
• • Address guest concerns and resolve issues when possible
• • Prepare the front desk for morning shift transition
• • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Requirements

• Qualifications
• • Previous front desk or night audit experience preferred
• • Basic math and computer skills
• • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• • Calm, responsible, and able to work independently
• • Capable of working consistent overnight shifts any day of the week including holidays and weekends
