- You will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and optimizing B2B email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
- The role combines email strategy, copywriting, campaign execution, audience segmentation, automation, testing, and performance analysis. You should understand how to communicate technology and business value clearly without making emails feel overly promotional or generic.
- You will work closely with the marketing, content, SEO, sales, and product teams to develop email campaigns aligned with Uvation's business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute B2B email marketing campaigns from concept through deployment and reporting.
- Build and manage email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo.
- Develop email campaigns for prospects, leads, customers, partners, and other relevant audiences.
- Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused email copy.
- Develop lead-nurturing and email sequences based on audience stage, behavior, and intent.
- Segment email audiences based on factors such as industry, engagement, interests, funnel stage, and customer profile.
- Create campaigns around Uvation's AI infrastructure, AI data centers, AI factories, GPU computing, cloud, enterprise technology, and services.
- Develop newsletters, product updates, educational campaigns, promotional campaigns, and thought-leadership emails.
- Work with the content team to repurpose long-form content, whitepapers, research, case studies, and other assets into email campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales teams on lead-nurturing and sales-support campaigns.
- Develop compelling subject lines, preview text, CTAs, and email messaging.
- Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, copy, CTAs, content structure, timing, and other campaign elements.
- Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, unsubscribe rates, engagement, and other relevant metrics.
- Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain email lists, segmentation, campaign workflows, and data hygiene.
- Develop and optimize automated email journeys and lifecycle campaigns in Klaviyo.
- Check email rendering across major email clients and devices.
- Make basic HTML/CSS adjustments to email templates when required.
- Work with the marketing team to maintain consistent brand voice and messaging.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B email marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
- Excellent written English and strong email copywriting skills.
- Ability to write concise, engaging, and persuasive email copy.
- Understanding of B2B buying journeys and lead nurturing.
- Experience with audience segmentation and targeted email campaigns.
- Experience creating and managing automated email flows.
- Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and campaign performance.
- Ability to analyze campaign results and make data-driven improvements.
